Brodie

Brodie is a black-and-white, two-column Wordpress theme with a pseudo-newspaper feel and excellent typography.

I say pseudo-newspaper because although the black and white and the layout has a newspapery feel to it, the typography is all sans serif, so it’s not entirely print inspired.

Different elements such as blockquotes, lists and the sidebar are beautifully styled, and the theme boasts an effective horizontal navigation bar below the header and a nice wide main content area.

    Hi Jehzeel,

    Actually – you still can download Brodie. It looks like I need to update the download link though.

    Just go to griffinandhoxie.com/downloads and then click on the “next” button at the bottom a number of times.

    Eventually, Brodie will come up and you can download away!
