Yes, it's been a little buggy and a lot had to be done to get it up to scratch to work with later versions of Wordpress. I've subbed out a lot of code to make it work with Wordpress 2.7. Modicus Remix is a plugin relient theme and some of the plugins stopped working after a mid 2.6 upgrade. Since then, though it's been stable and spiffy through 2.7. A few people have been having trouble with the sidebar in particular. I've since uploaded my version of the theme at my site, which does work.
