Monotone
Monotone is a unique photo blogging theme where the background colours of the theme automatically change to complement those in your photos.
As the demo site explains: “Monotone takes the first image attached to a post and samples colors from it for use in the surrounding layout. Each post needs to contain one image, and optionally, any text you want. The theme does the rest, pulling colors out of and resizing the images for use in the design.”
It’s a very cool and eye-catching effect which means your site will never clash with the photos you’re showcasing.

A simple idea, but the automatic colour changing makes the theme (and photos) look absolutely stunning!

Hi,
I tried doing a checkout (svn://svn.automattic.com/wpcom-themes/monotone/) but it seems that your svn server is not set up for anon access.
Pity, it’s a really nice theme.
