Futurosity Eos is a sophisticated Wordpress theme with a minimal three-column design and the flexibility to create a magazine-style site.

Rihanna is a three-column Wordpress theme with the central column devoted to the main content. It’s a white theme with sans serif typography and a modern Web 2.0 type of feel.

The search field is prominent, the content is easy to read and the third column would provide a nice spot for some text advertising or meta information.
One of professional theme creator Brian Gardner’s free Wordpress templates, Whitespace is a minimalistic, white theme. Very clean. Lots of (surprise, surprise) white space.
